small area needed to place a lodge before losing everything
Currently l am in a court action with an abusive landlord, l have bought a brand new lodge for my retirement, just for myself and my 3 dogs. The situation with the landlord has become totally untenable so before l lose the lodge that l have never even moved into, l'm desperately trying to find a solution. l thought maybe a possibility would be if l could rent an area of a field where we could put lodge and live. This is only an idea but l'm just at the lowest place l've ever been, and whilst l still have enough finance behind me to make this possible, l must do something before l lose everything. Looking for the hens’ teeth that many others are I’m sure. Sole use yard or 5+ stables separately managed on a commercial yard. Anywhere in Norfolk/Suffolk considered and would definitely consider Essex/Cambs for the right place. Would consider renting a complete equestrian property including house if necessary. More than happy to consider putting in facilities and purchasing - but if purchasing don’t have a big budget right now, could agree a price and buy in the future after a tenancy. Smallholding/Rural Property to continue the Good Life

I'm looking for a home for myself, my dog and my flock of hens (currently four) where we can live a quiet life, grow food and continue our "Good Life" journey. While I don't need a large house, one with plenty of storage and perhaps some outbuildings (barn/shed etc) would be useful. Some land that can be used for growing food is definitely needed and an orchard would be an amazing bonus. A couple of acres would be fantastic so that I could expand my flock and perhaps have other livestock as well as an extensive no-dig growing setup. Ideally I am looking for an isolated property or one where neighbours live a similar lifestyle as my current neighbours really don't understand what living in the country is meant to be about. I'd be interested in a rent to buy as well as renting for the right property. I can also undertake some renovation/improvement work in exchange for a lower rent (as long as the property is habitable). I can also offer a barter of services as part payment of the rent.
