We are a small family- 2 adults and one teenager (14) and 3 year old cat. We are currently living in Cardiff, but ideally would like to rent a place in West Wales which has outbuildings which we could use as a gallery business/ preferably even as a cafe come gallery. We have rented the same place for 10 years and can provide excellent references. We would consider any areas really, but we would need to be able to run a business from it. Our tenancy expires in July 2020 so we would be looking to move around then.
