We are a small family- 2 adults and one teenager (14) and 3 year old cat. We are currently living in Cardiff, but ideally would like to rent a place in West Wales which has outbuildings which we could use as a gallery business/ preferably even as a cafe come gallery. We have rented the same place for 10 years and can provide excellent references. We would consider any areas really, but we would need to be able to run a business from it. Our tenancy expires in July 2020 so we would be looking to move around then.

I am looking for a smallholding or small farm.This basically is to bring my family together and to use as a work base/business. I am not too bothered by location and we would be willing to assist where required on a much larger farm. We are looking for a place which can accommodate myself,wife and two grown up children ( 14 and 24) and at the same time my older daughter and her partner. Our work ethics are fantastic and we just feel there is more to life rather than the normal mundane five days a week slog.We all have very good business heads and are looking to run a good profitable business from the location.
