Montefrio has recently been named by national geographic as one of the top ten places in the world with outstanding views.  There is everything in the town for daily living - shops, many bars with free tapas, banks, supermarkets, centre de salud all around 8 minutes drive.   The plot is not isolated there are 2 neighbours houses, not too near though.  Around 3 acres of olive, fig and almond trees. There is a good well for water, electricity and a ruin on the plot along with a caravan and a nave (storeroom).  Somewhere to live whilst you build a house on this beautiful spot.   Above the town, views are especially lovely at night looking down on Montefrio and the church lit up.   Planning permission was granted along with architect plans for a 3 bed house on the footprint of the ruin although this was 2005 so will probably need to be updated.   Plenty of areas for growing vegetables etc.  Any questions please ask.
