Looking for a house to rent near Wem , as we have settled here and just starting a new venture opening an equestrian and agriculture store on Wem ind Est which means we need to be close ish for travel purposes. Ideally 3 or 4 bed 1 bathroom with Shower and bath & downstairs loo Decent internal decor (we have seen some hideous places!! Garden for my assistance dog i have to help me after a severe back injury Preferably with two acres + ideal with a couple of stables but not essential if we would be allowed to drop in a field shelter. If house has no land is there someone in the surrounding fields happy for us to let a couple of acres from them. We have a rescue Shetland that we have had for 9 months and he is just starting to let us approach him slowly, so we need for him to feel settled. If we can eat, sleep, personal hygiene and look after our dog and pony the way they deserve its all we want. We are very easy going non-smokers, respectful of someone else's house as we are landlords ourselves.
