Cow Farm have populations of 1,0000 cow. It have a water source (not subscribe to water provider service company). The Farm have also grass yards for supporting foods necessity to the Cows. The Land status is SHM (higher than freehold in accordance to local laws, because it will not require for renewal or extention to local land registry office). 

Currently the Farm is selling livestock.So the new owner/owners may expand by establishing slaughterhouse inside the farms, and also to produce cheese, youghurt, milk and ice cream by create it's supporting facilities
