This land was cleared 2 years ago to plant olive trees after a fallow year, because of the corona virus that has been shelved and the land is now for sale. It is big enough to build but you can site a caravan, not mobile home, or you can put a prefabricated house. The land is very fertile and will be good for yearly cash crop or to plant trees. It would also be good for horse, stud farm, kennels etc because in this area you would not be upsetting neighbours although there are neighbours around a kilometre away but not in line of sight. All water in the area is free, you can pay if you wish or have it delivered or go and collect, when shopping in the big town you can collect all your drinking water free.

The road is always passable until the main asphalt road 3kms away, there is no electric power in the area and all use solar which is very good in this area because it attracts the sun from 07.00 until 21.30 in the summer, again making it good for plants that require much sun. Many nationalities live in the area from Europe, the neighbours are Spanish and rarely seen. There is no crime in the immediate area either, all services are in the village and have all you require including a health centre, free swimming pool etc, in the next town there is a hospital and many large supermarkets, bars restaurants.

The buyer may not wish to use all the land and l have some people that would pay rent to use an agreed part of it as i have been approached by several however until now l have not taken an offer.

Do not waste my time if you are not serious, scammers do not waste your time as l have had several idiots that have other ideas when they see these adverts, the owner of this site is very proactive where this is concerned and l am also aware of scams and always inform the site owner and authorities with necessary details.
